What we collect, and why

Data	Why we use it
Name, WhatsApp number, day, time, number of guests	To hold and confirm your table, and to contact you about it.
Occasion and notes (optional)	To prepare your visit, for example a birthday, a high chair or an allergy. Write only what is useful for your meal.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp	To answer you. They stay in WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own rules.
Orders and requests (takeaway, Boat Box, vouchers, events)	These open WhatsApp with your message ready. Nothing is saved on the website.

We use this data because you ask us to book a table, which is necessary to give you that service. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Where your data is kept

• Google (Google Sheets and Google Calendar in the restaurant's account) stores the bookings. Checking free tables also connects to Google.
• Netlify hosts this website. Like every web host, it briefly processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages between you and us.

These providers may process data outside your country. Only the restaurant's staff can see your booking.

How long we keep it

Your phone number is erased automatically 12 months after your booking. The other booking details (day, time, number of guests, name) stay in our booking records so we can plan the restaurant. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to stop us using it, or to withdraw your consent. Just write to us on WhatsApp. We will answer as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied, you can contact your data protection authority. In Indonesia, this is governed by Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. For visitors from the European Union, the GDPR also gives you these rights.

Cookies and local storage

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking, so there is no cookie banner. To work properly, it keeps a few small notes in your own browser. They are never sent to us and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings:

The staff area (/admin) also keeps the staff login and the last booking list on staff phones. It is not used for visitors.

Our hosting provider may show a small "Powered by Netlify" label. If you hide it, Netlify remembers that choice in your browser.

Links to other websites

Links to Google Maps, Instagram, Tripadvisor, Wonderful Komodo and WhatsApp open those services, which have their own privacy rules.

Children

Bookings should be made by adults.

If we change how we use data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
